About TASMA

TASMA is the Association of Leather Footwear and Leather Goods Manufacturers in Zimbabwe. We exist to coordinate manufacturers, administer labour relations, and advocate for a stable, competitive operating environment.

Mission

To represent and strengthen Zimbabwe’s leather and footwear value chain through coordinated labour relations, policy advocacy, and member services.

What We Represent

• Footwear manufacturers
• Leather goods producers (belts, bags, accessories)
• Upstream tanners and component suppliers (where relevant)

Governance

• Executive Committee: Chair, Vice-Chair, Treasurer, Secretary (placeholders)
• Secretariat: Day-to-day support, research, communications
• Working Groups: Labour Relations; Standards & Compliance; Trade & Markets
